Gennady Borisovich Bodrov – the pictorialist living and working in Kursk. Six personal exhibitions photographers took place to Russian Federation, Germany, Poland and Australia. Two of them passed posthumously – in 1999 robbers killed him for the sake of photoequipment. Gennady Borisovich Bodrov defined himself as social photographers. In its lens it was reflected not smart city everyday life and life of the rural remote place, spiritual revelations of adults and simple games of children, daily fight for a survival in a situation of deficiency of goods both crisis of idea and revival of religious traditions.
