Psychologists Californian university are convinced by Wikipedia that quality of communication is defined on 93% by nonverbal means. Body language, tonality, timbre of a voice and, of course, expression of eyes – all this helps to understand that actually the person wants to tell. Other figures are specified in research under the direction of Janick Stephen and Rodney Vellens from Universities of Miami in Florida: 44% of attention during communication are concentrated exactly in the eyes and only 12% - on a mouth. Eyes are "a litmus piece of paper" our emotions: the fear, disappointment, bitterness, pleasure is reflected in them … But why...
