Work on the set of regulations has to begin with codification of legal institutes and creation of new editions of laws, judge declared Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Mikhail Krotov at the session devoted to systematization of the legislation, passed within XI Petersburg international legal forum. The day before the Minister of Justice Russian Federation Konstantin Chuychenko declared that to Russian Federation 14,5 million regulations, from which 2% - federal, 14% - regional, and 84% - municipal are published.
