Day of the Black Sea fleet. It is established by the order of the commander-in-chief of the Navy of the Russian Federation of July 15, 1996. On May 13, 1783 in the Akhtiarsky bay (Republic of Crimea) where Sevastopol was put subsequently, there arrived a squadron from 11 ships of the Azov flotilla under command of the vice admiral Klokachev Fedot.
