The Russian Arman Adamyan became the winner of the World Cup in judo in weight category to 100 kg, having overcome in the final of the double Olympic champion of the Czech Lukasz Krpalek. Azerbaijan Kotsoev Zelim and the Israeli Palchik Peter became bronze prize-winners of a world championship the representative. One more Russian Niyaz Ilyasov conceded to Palchik Peter in a tournament quarterfinal. This medal became the first on tournament for the Russian athletes.
