Whether the legal market is ready to change of rules of the game

The whole parade of sessions was devoted to legal competences, education, to requirements to a profession and restrictions on rendering separate services, for example representation of interests of clients in vessels. Following the results of discussions it is possible to note that to the idea which has calmed down on many years — an exclusive right of lawyers (instead of, for example, or "free lawyers") to present the staff of law firms to "lawyer monopoly"...
