Today in Administration office Federal Penitentiary Service on Kostroma region there passed a ceremony of adoption of the oath the young staff of criminal and executive system of the region. It is difficult to overestimate value of adoption of the Oath. This ritual calls the employee for high responsibility for performance of an office debt.
