In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, on a platform of Committee on ecology, natural resources and environmental protection, discussion of amendments to Federal Law "About the Responsible Treatment of Animals" which expand powers of regions took place and give the chance to solve the collected problems taking into account local features.
