The indictment on criminal case concerning the 32-year-old man was approved by Prosecutor's office of the Surgut district of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous district - Yugra. According to the investigators, in October of last year on the West Sakhalin field in Surgut district the driver of "MAZ" began movement and was not convinced in safety maneuver.
