Regions will be able to redistribute loading of windows in MFTs for prevention of turns

Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation approved methodical recommendations with new rules of definition of necessary quantity of windows in offices "My documents". Now the regional authorities depending on a flow of applicants can redistribute necessary quantity of windows in offices between municipalities, or increase number of guest computers and consultants in sectors of the user maintenance.
