Under the direction of Bulakh Sergei Romanovich in the Sevastopol forestry production technologies reforestation were developed and introduced. The innovation allowed to reduce the term of cultivation of forest plantings, to save to 40% of material and financial inputs. Bulakh Sergei Romanovich was born in Kiev Oblast, in Andrusha's village (Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky's suburb), on June 20, 1925, in a big country family.
