In the Levokumsky district criminal case about fraud is directed to court at sale cars

Investigative department of OMVD Russian Federation "Levokumsky" is ended investigation of the criminal case brought on signs of a crime, provided ch.2 by Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud). The 45-year-old inhabitant of the neighboring region is accused of commission of illegal act. By consequence it is established that accused, obviously knowing that the victim sells car, reported about intention to get the vehicle for 100 thousand rubles with a condition of a delay payments for three months.
