To Russian Federation since July 1, 2023 the new excise starts affecting sacchariferous drinks of 7 rubles for 1 liter. The law was adopted last year, but will start working only in the summer, and for subjects of small and average businesses the requirement becomes obligatory since October 1, 2023.
