Prosecutor's office could not challenge UDO Pokushalov Eugenie

Regional court of Novosibirskoye left on May 5 without satisfaction the appeal complaint the prosecutor on the decision of Pervomaisky district district court Novosibirsk Novosibirsk region about the conditional early release (CER) of the former deputy head of NMITs of E.N. Meshalkin Pokushalov Eugenie. Two years ago he was found guilty of plunder by 1,9 billion rubles as a part of group at government purchases of NMITs and sentenced to 2,5 years in a colony, and also obliged to pay a penalty of 400 thousand rubles.
