Court in Nur-Sultan recognized the former wife of the nephew of the ex-president Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev Satybaldy Gulmira guilty of arbitrariness and the stealing organization, having sentenced her to seven years of imprisonment, the press service of vessels reported. The similar decision is passed concerning her driver and bodyguards to Madi of Batyrshayev. Court established that Satybaldy Gulmira in the summer of 2020 forced the businessman Tursen Alaguzov to copy 43,25% of actions of JSC Galanz Bottlers belonging to it for the authorized representative, having caused it material damage for the sum more than 6,5 billion tenges (1,1 billion rubles).
