May 3. information agency "Interfaks" - Federal arbitration court of the Moscow area on Wednesday upheld decision of the courts of subordinate instances about recognition by insolvent (bankrupt) Dmitry Borisovich Mints, the son of the former co-owner of Otkrytiye group Boris Mints.
