Borel announced creation in EU the new mechanism of sanctions

Yevropeyskaya commission offered the mechanism which will allow EU to enter unilateral sanctions against the persons accused in corruptions of any country, the Supreme representative of EU on foreign affairs and policy of safety Zhozep Borrel Fontelyes told on May 3 to journalists.
