"Police officer Dyadya Stepa" children of the employees serving in personnel division, a staff, State traffic inspectorates took part in a selection stage of competition. Children age from 6 to 10 years made hand-made articles of the Uncle Stepa with use of a cardboard, color paper, plasticine. Estimating the presented works, members of creative jury from among employees and public men noted that each contestant showed considerable assiduity and painstaking, making the hand-made articles, trying to reflect in them an image of the modern employee of law-enforcement bodies.
