Rustam Minnikhanov appropriated to two more companies a rank "The enterprise of labor valor"

Rice Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree about assignment of an honorary title "The enterprise of labor valor" to two enterprises of the republic — JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "KHIMZAVOD NAMED AFTER KARPOVA" from Mendeleyevsk and "Kukmorsky felting and felt combine". The honorary title "The enterprise of labor valor" is appropriated for the significant contribution to achievement of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, for mass labor heroism and dedication of the workers who have provided uninterrupted production.
