On April 28 it was always considered to be birthday "the fast helps" in our country. Its history of educations to Russian Federation ascends by 1898. Long time the holiday was celebrated informally and only quite recently found universal recognition and the official status. The invaluable contribution to medicine of workers "the fast helps" was noted by President of the Russian Federation, and date was officially approved on April 28, 2020 by the relevant resolution.
