The ex-chief of Department of Ministry of internal affairs of the Russian Federation on Kamchatka Territory Kiselev Mikhail is found guilty of receiving a bribe in especially large size and excess of powers of office. Court sentenced it to 11 years of imprisonment with punishment serving in a colony strictly a mode, the press service reported on April 27 Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation.
