Culture center constructed uncivilizedly

Criminal case concerning the minister of constructions Samara Region Nicholas Plaksin is brought. It is connected with illegal delivery by Ministry of Construction of the Samara region permissions to commissioning of two Culture center — buildings did not conform to requirements project documentation.
