Sretensk district district court Zabaykalsky territory pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the ex-head of the settlement

Prosecutor's office Sretensk district Zabaykalsky Krai supported in court the state charge on criminal case concerning the former head of the city settlement "Sretenskoye" Eugenie Kirgizov. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 119 (threat of murder) and p.1 by Art. 318 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (threat of application of violence concerning authorities).
