The Habezsky interdistrict prosecutor appealed to court with claims to protection of the land rights of citizens

The Habezsky interdistrict prosecutor's office according to addresses of inhabitants of the Abazin municipal area carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation connected with violations of their land rights. The arguments stated in the addresses of citizens, were confirmed. The administration of the Abazin municipal area did not observe requirements of the Law of Karachay-Cherkess Republic of May 18, 2012 No. 28-RZ "About free granting land plots to the citizens having three and more children, in Karachay-Cherkess Republic".
