More than one million rubles will pay LLC "TRANSKAPITAL" for untimely performance of work under the municipal contract in the Hill

Staraya Russa district district court Novgorod region considered complaint LLC "TRANSKAPITAL" on the resolution of world judges about involvement of the legal entity to administrative responsibility. Company was made responsible on h. 7 Art. 7.32 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences – "The actions (inaction) which have entailed non-execution of obligations, the provided contract with causing essential harm by the protected law to interests of society and the state" — with purpose of an administrative penalty of 1 088 147 rubles.
