After intervention of prosecutor's offices Ekhirit-Bulagatsky district court obliged local administration to equip coal boiler rooms with the dust removal equipment

Prosecutor's office Ekhirit-Bulagatsky district Irkutsk region carried out an inspection of execution of requirements of the legislation on protection of atmospheric air at operation of boiler rooms on firm fuel. It is established that in defiance of requirements of the law on 9 coal boiler municipal authorities of the area there is no dust removal (gas-purifying) equipment. On this basis prosecutor's office sent to court the statement of claim about a duty of administration of the area to equip coal boiler rooms with the dust removal (gas-purifying) equipment.
