In Kurchatov district court satisfied claim the prosecutor about collecting compensation of moral harm to three children, victims of illegal actions of mother

Interdistrcit prosecutor's office of the Kurchatov district of the Kursk region carried out an inspection according to the address of the father of three minor children concerning protection of their rights for compensation of moral harm. It is established that earlier local resident is condemned according to Art. 156 of the criminal code of Russian Federation to punishment in the form of a penalty. The woman is found guilty of causing physical and moral sufferings to the juvenile daughters one of which is disabled child. Protecting interests of minors, the prosecutor sent to court the statement of claim about collecting from the woman of compensation of moral harm for total amount of 105 thousand rubles.
