In the territory of Regional state-owned public enterprise "Lipetsky aeroport" the ostentatious fire and tactical doctrine on the subject "Suppression of Fires on Aircrafts" took place. According to a legend of doctrines, at landing approach in the Lipetsk airport the passenger plane had an engine failure.
