The Town-planning and Land Commission (TPLC) Moscow approved the project of building of the territory with a total area of 6,6 hectares between Zvenigorodskoye Highway, the 2nd and 3rd Silicate drives in the West Moscow, write daily business newspaper "Vedomosti" with reference to protocol meetings. According to the edition, on this site there will be 221 100 sq.m real estates, from which 160 370 sq.m – housing, the rest – objects commercial real estates and infrastructure.
