The inhabitant of the village Akshuat is deprived of freedom for failure to pay the alimony

City Court of the Barysh city of the Ulyanovsk region pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning the inhabitant of the region. She is found guilty of commission of crime according to p.1 Art. 157 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (numerous failure to pay by the parent without valid excuse in defiance of the solution of vessels funds for the maintenance of minor children).
