Three representatives the St. Petersburg universities telecommunications became participants of the XXX International scientific conference of students, graduate students and young scientists "Lomonosov-2023". They made scientific reports. Conference took place in Moskovsky state university named after M. V. Lomonosova, Moscow State University named after M. V.
