Court forbade LLC "Vayldberriz" to take money from clients for return the rejected goods

Podolsk district Gorodskoe court Moscow region made the decision on illegality of practice of LLC "Vayldberriz" on collection of money from buyers for return the rejected goods. About it reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily". Claim was submitted Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare in March. In department specified that in the course of remote sales goods LLC "Vayldberriz" are broken by the current legislation, namely "raises or holds money of consumers on account of the return deliveries at their refusal from goods inadequate quality".
