District court of the Kavalerovo district of the Primorsky Territory decided a conviction concerning the 65-year-old local. He is found guilty on two episodes of h. 3 Art. 260 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal damage to extent of the termination of growth and the illegal cabin of the forest plantings, made by the person with use of the official position, made in large and especially large sizes).
