To Moscow Region prosecutor's office directed to court criminal case about roguish plunder the budgetary money of more than 3,2 million rubles

Prosecutor's office of Moscow region approved the indictment concerning the director of municipal state authority and the accomplice of a crime. They are accused of commission of the crimes provided ch.ch. 2, 3, 4 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud, made by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement).
