The police detained operating car 60 years without the rights of the Japanese

In Japan the police detained the 82-year-old motorist for management car without the rights which documents were withdrawn 60 years ago. The police stopped the 82-year-old Japanese in the city of Siso, Hiy's Prefecture of Hyogo, for not fastened belt of safety. During check it appeared that the motorist has no driving license: the document at the man selected six decades ago. It is supposed that since then it never came across on violations.
