Prosecutor's office Laishevo district Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 48-year-old local. Court found the man guilty according to p.1 Art. 157 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children). It is established that since June, 2022 according to the solution of vessels the man is obliged to pay monthly funds for the maintenance of the minor son at a rate of 1/4 parts of earnings and other income.
