About a rejection of demands in connection with non-presentation by the participant of requisites of the account

The application for participation in competitive procedure has to contain requisites of the account of the participant of purchases into which payment of results of execution contracts — the put goods will be enlisted, the performed works or the rendered services. The requirement about inclusion in the demand of requisites of the account of the participant of purchases is fixed in the subitem "p" of item 1 p.1 by Art. 43 Law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs".
