Day of astronautics: about a contribution of scientific KFU to space exploration

On April 12, 1961 the Soviet astronaut Youri Alekseevich Gagarin by the East-1 spaceship for the first time in the world made orbital flight of Earth. And since 1968 to Russian Federation Day of astronautics is annually celebrated.
