Moscow. On April 12, 2023 / to Bumprom.R/. Shareholders LLC "GROUP OF COMPANIES "SEGEZHA" at extraordinary general meeting elected board of directors, companies follow from materials. Its structure is updated ahead of schedule because of an exit of several directors. Into board of directors entered: Artem Ivanovich Zasursky, Ali Uzdenov, Mikhail Shamolin, Shishkin Sergei, Eskindarov Mukhadin, Aliev Rovshan, Matveeva Svetlana, Sarmanov Maxime and Frolov Andrey. Four last in board of directors were not elected earlier.
