As newspaper "Kommersant", the Moscow courts JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RVK" Alexander Borisovich Povalko, accused of the abuse of the powers of office which has entailed heavy consequences for RVK repeatedly refused to consider criminal case of the ex-head.
