In day of the end of storm of Konigsberg, on April 9, the staff of the Main thing of managements Head department ministry Russian Federation on affairs Grazhdansky defenses, to emergency situations and natural disaster response on Kaliningrad region headed by the chief Roman Yemelyanov took part in flower-laying to a memorable stele on a memorial in honor of the fallen soldiers of the 11th Guards army. Participants of assignment passed a festive column from the Astronomical bastion on Gvardeysky Avenue to a memorial complex where observed a minute of silence for memory of those who was lost, protecting our Homeland on fields of battles in different years.
