The Novostivolgograda.Ru edition was made by TOP 100 of the most influential people of the region. The rating, according to journalists of the edition, shows who and in what degree has impact on region life. Politicians, political strategists and other experts who enter circles of local elite helped with drawing up a top. The governor Andrey Bocharov who gained 9,912 points from 10 possible became the most influential person of 2022, according to authors of a rating.
