Supreme Court of the Mari El Republic confirmed legality of a sentence on criminal case about intended causing heavy harm to the health which has entailed on imprudence death of the victim

The Supreme Court the republics agreed with a position of the representative of Prosecutor's office Mari El Republic and rejected appeal complaints defenders condemned about incorrect qualification of criminal action and severity of the appointed punishment. Earlier, in December, 2022 District court of the Zvenigovo district of the Mari El Republic two 26-year-old locals are found by a sentence guilty of commission of crime on h. 4 Art. 111 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (deliberate causing by a group of persons of heavy harm to health, the life-threatening person who has entailed on imprudence death of the victim).
