Whether the employer labor mobilized after dismissals is obliged to store?

The labor code forbids to dissolve the labor contract with the mobilized worker at the initiative of the employer. However from this rule there are exceptions. So, to dismiss the expert who was on service it is possible at liquidation of the organization or closing businesses for SP and also in case during this period expires period of validity of labor contracts. If the labor contract stops because of the expiration of its action, usually the worker needs to be warned in writing about it at least in three calendar days.
