President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree about creation of the state fund "Defenders of the Fatherland" for support of participants of the special military operation (SMO) and families of the lost fighters. The document was published on April 3 on the official Internet portal of legal information. Work of state fund will be directed on address maintenance and help to participants and veterans of SVO.
