To Vladimir Region recruits will receive the agenda through Portal gosudarstvennykh uslug. The spring draft will begin on April 1 and will last till July 15. The first sending to the duty station will take place already on April 20. The regional military commissar Gusarov Youri noted that in a spring draft in a system (as before) there will be young people aged from 18 till 27 years. They should serve exactly 1 year.
