The ex-Minister of Health Tyva Republic headed Minzdrav Kherson Region

Kherson Region the former head of Minzdrav RT Artysh Mikhaylovich Sat is appointed the acting as the Minister of Health. On a new post it replaced Vadim Ilmiev, about the reasons of resignations which is not reported.
