Deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from "A Just Russia" Party intended to create the white register of actors who act in a zone of carrying out the special military operation (SMO). Parliamentarians already sent the offer to Ministries of culture and Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The list want to make taking into account opinion of these two departments.
