Azerbaijan for the second time offered a meeting to Armenians of Karabakh

The Azerbaijani party suggested the Armenian public of Nagorno-Karabakh to meet for the second time to Baku. About it reports Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti" with reference to the press service of Administration President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilkham Aliev. Azerbaijan urges to hold a meeting for "discussion of questions of reintegration, and also implementation of infrastructure projects in Karabakh".
