Prosecutor's office asks to cancel the court decision about release Pokushalov Eugenie

Prosecutor's office of Novosibirsk region submitted the appeal complaint on the decision Pervomaisky district district court Novosibirsk Novosibirsk region about a conditional early release of the former deputy head of NMITs of E.N. Meshalkin Pokushalov Eugenie. In 2021 Pokushalov Eugenie found guilty of plunder as a part of group of 1,9 billion rubles at government purchases of NMITs and sentenced to 2,5 years of a colony with a penalty of 400 thousand rubles.
